RTA Real Time Attack vs 50Hz IGT In Game Time

I have been telling ppl I know about the world rankings on this website.

A lot, probably most of u already know all this about MKDD!! I just find it fascinating so that's why I am mentioning it eventhough this knowledge is common here and been known 4 many, many, many years now.

One of my Disability Support Workers took note of me saying, 60Hz gameplay and timer is sped up and 50Hz gameplay and timer is normal. I thought this from something he said about technology in general combined with what I read in the MKDD!! manual and what I might have read in this community. My understanding was inaccurate.

My understanding was moderately inaccurate.

Anyway, my Disability Support Worker tested my knowledge about RTA vs 50Hz IGT and 60Hz IGT by timing 60seconds of RTA in both 50Hz mode and 60Hz modes. He wanted 2 see, how much time elapsed in both modes 50Hz and 60Hz after 60seconds of RTA.

What we discovered is that, 60Hz appears 2 match RTA. Every second appears 2 match RTA. The gameplay and IGT r normal in 60Hz.

In 50Hz, every 72 seconds of RTA equals 60seconds of 50Hz IGT.

So I was wrong, meaning, 60Hz is normal speed gameplay and IGT while 50Hz is roughly 17% slower in gameplay and it's IGT compared to RTA.

I have read in the game's manual years ago, 50Hz runs at 25fps while 60Hz runs at close to 30fps. fps Frames Per Second.

I know a lot of the competitors already know these technical differences. I knew them myself 4 many years but about a year or two ago thought 50Hz was normal and 60Hz was sped up but it's actually 60Hz that's normal and 50Hz that's slowed down.

I wrote this 4 fun as most competitors already know.

My Disability Support Worker tested RTA against 50Hz IGT and 60Hz IGT about a week ago or even less than a week ago. That's why I thought of this fun topic just nowSmiley
