I'll start with GV1, if you remove the platform this instantly becomes the most useless track of the game.

I always thought the BCs would be more interesting without the jump bars, as you'd have to manually jump over all the lava pits in true Mario style-- though this would probably make the race easier.

Getting rid of the "platforms" on the GVs... now that's an idea.

Also, how about getting rid of the "islands" in VL2 to force all times to be non-IJ. I wonder how much higher my PAL flap would rank if nobody used IJ.
