Glitch standards

This has probably been discussed fairly often but if not I’ll throw it out there. I believe we should update several tracks “standards”. Mainly for glitch categories Bc getting a 1:56 on CM with the glitch is pretty easy and i believe the only tracks it pertains to is MG and GV but regardless i think all tracks standards should be updated because the game is advancing to a level no one ever thought it would get to. Just an opinion.

I think that we do need to redo all of the glitch standards though.

Been saying this for a while, standards in this game are completely meaningless and very few hold true to the ‘standard’ today

And of course glitch standards should be added

This way people using the original standards as a measure aren't affected and new ones can be made for every course to reflect new strats etc. If they are just updated they aren't exactly standards any more :p

I would love to see up-to-date standards. I never understood why standards aren't kept up to date. To me, it says it in the name. Why compare yourself to 2012 standards in 2020? (idk from when the current standards are :p)

I'd say, get all the top tier players and Tas'ers from each track together and define what the standards could and should be in the current day. Smiley

I'd love for the standards to be updated. Some of the god times are meaningless at this point. I personally love glitches and I would really enjoy it if some more glitch tracks have actual standards. Because as of now they don't exist.

Even if ng tracks don't get an update, adding some god+ times like in MKDD would be a wonderful addition.
