@ALAK it would be pretty coincidental, but i also wouldn't put it past leone to rig that to happen for max chaos... idk maybe i am thinking too much about it, it's possible the obvious play is the correct one

@tyg what i mean by detrimental to town is that your role could have some sort of killing power based on who votes leone, or leone voters could be punished in some way. since a majority would be on town there it's a risk that i'm not sure we should take, at least not this early. plus i'm not fully convinced of your role, seems pretty lame that your entire job is to get half the game to vote for the fucking mod.

if tyg's role is to indeed lynch leone it HAS to be to get the role leone lynched, not the username leone lynched.

By the way, look at how this is worded. Leone first announces that Leone (the player) is murdered and he was The Other Biden (the character). Afterwards he says DansGame murdered The Other Biden (the character). I think it's very safe to assume that it indeed was the character DansGame who did the killing.

No idea what implications this has on DansGame the player, but I'll unvote for now. I'm still down to lynching TYG as well.

also i'm starting to think of things through the lens of player!Dan is indeed the mafia, the host would most likely give us this to balance the game out, right? which means a few possibilities

1) Dans role is so powerful that if he gets to use it once it's super detrimental to town
2) There are a lot more mafia than normal, so outing one early is a way to balance out the numbers
3) There's a few maf aligned neutrals, same thought process as 2

I still believe DansGame the role was revealed with the OG post, but I think considering the effects of DansGame the player being revealed is worthwhile
