I don't necessarily believe PAF just because Michele says so - other information from Michele could bolster PAF's claim, but he hasn't provided any. Until Michele elaborates, there's not much else we can do about PAF's information.

He maintains he is the role that PAF claimed he was (the role Kleenex has right now). He also claims to have more information. And that first sentence in his last quote is interesting. Is he talking about his claimed role (aka getting someone modkilled) or something else.

Anyway, in any other game ALAK would have had something to say by now.
