Very cool Dave, thank you! I'll place an order with them, and give it a try.
I got into eating hot peppers as a personal challenge, it evolved into cooking with them, making hot sauces, and powder.
A lot of the peppers are unavailable in local markets, so I took initiative this year growing my own.
Trinidad maruga scorpion has become my fav, has a taste that is head, and shoulders above others I've tried.
The best reason to consume hot peppers is they are very healthy. I have about a pound of dried ghost pepper powder if capsulated you can get the benefits without the burn. To play it safe they should be taken with at least a cup of milk.
I'll be growing on a much larger scale next year, and hope to have various products to offer. I'd also like to create a pepper it takes a long time, 8-9 years of crossing two peppers. Bowser's breath will be the name though,

.
We will have more updates on the tournament in the coming weeks, I'll check back here on a regular basis if anyone has any future questions.
