Well every American has been to Wal-Mart. But what about Sami/Leyla/Zarkov/Antistar/KVD. And if they did go, what did they think about it. You haven't truly experienced America until you've shopped in a Wal-Mart Supercenter. You really didn't have to go there for beer, though, there must have been a place closer by you could have stopped at, every gas station and convenience store in Louisiana has beer, and often has a selection that rivals or surpasses that of Wal-Mart.

I still think it's a shame you say you never put the radio on a country station during that entire drive. That too is a quintessential part of the American experience.

That, plus watching American football, although March isn't part of football season (but there was the short-lived Alliance of American Football that probably had a game on TV that weekend)

I'm curious, what type of beer did you drink at the ASC? Don't tell me that all you had was Budweiser or Bud Light or Coors Light or any of the other horse piss they advertise everywhere in America (and what most Americans seem to drink, based on the empty bottles and cans that litter the streets in my neighborhood). The guests deserve better than that. America makes much better beer and you know it. It's just too bad that the most popular beers in this country are also the worst ones. The main brewer in Louisiana is called Abita and they make a wide variety of beers and ales, I would prefer each and every one of them over Crud Light.

And speaking of Fenner videos, did they show you Fenner appearing in the ad for the Charlotte Area Transit System? I saw it at dinner during the Mississppi/Louisiana Kart meet last weekend and thought it was hilarious hearing him talk about how he likes to ride CATS.

That said, the lush and green road into Louisiana was quite nice, except for all the twatheads in pickup trucks. Though they seem to be everywhere in America.
