I am a fairly new user in this forum, checking out the speedruns I noticed something that made my eyes bleed, all of the world records where recorded in a shity quality (no offence) and there was also a lot of shaking...



Whats wrong in this picture? you may ask...
well first of all camera is shaky AF (in the video) and nobody cares about the surroundings...

in some of his later vids he actually fixes this witch is nice:



appart from him I also found speedruners that did the same mistake so Im going to show you...

THE DEFINITIVE GUIDE TO RECORD YOUR DS / GBA SCREEN PROPERLY

1. Find a dark room (the darker the better)
2. grab a good phone and a pillow
3. push your phone in the pillow without covering the lens (this will sabelize the vid)
4. cover yourelf with a blanket (this will make the sound of the vid higer and make your surroundings darker)
5. If you are using a DS set up the top screen as the gba game.
6. fold your gba/ds at a 90 degree angle
7. hold the phone down and start recording...
8. yay.
