I better thank my lucky stars that I've never had to deal with a bedbug infestation. I've heard that they have to put these special heating units in your home to heat it to around 130°F (~55°C) for several hours in order to kill the bedbugs. And as lots of things in your home aren't supposed to be exposed to temperatures that high, you're going to have to find another place to put much of your stuff during the time that your home is being treated (maybe in your car, if it will all fit?).

$2,500 for the treatment... ouch. That's quite a bit more than the home insurance payment that I'll be owing at the start of March.

As I mentioned earlier in this thread, life just gets in the way of our plans sometimes. Hopefully nobody else will have issues like this arising, and maybe Joe & Chris will be able to reenact Dumb & Dumber after all. Fingers crossed, everyone...

Super stoked that you’re able to make it Andrew!  Just shoot me a text if you have any questions about anything.  Drew, I assume that you’re just gonna show up?  We’re gonna be pretty butt hurt if you don’t.  Also, it’d be great if anyone coming could bring a console, controllers, and copy of the game.  Obviously we don’t expect anyone from Europe to bring their console with them but it would be great if yall could bring a copy of the game (anyone who owns an NTSC copy of course).  The hour draws nigh!  

I'm waiting for the airlines to get desperate a couple days before next weekend's ntsc championship, so that I can book some cheap flights into neighboring airports like Dallas, Little Rock, or New Orleans. 90% sure I can get a return flight for under $300 vs paying the $750 for a direct flight. I found a guy willing to give me a ride for around $50, and he can haul a bunch of TVs.

lol, you only have to take one look at the guy in the pic on the right to instantly see he is clearly a serial killer. don't fall for his cheap ride, you'll only end up buried in the woods somewhere.
