Very impressive find! If I'm not mistaken, this is the Mario Kart game with the fewest shortcuts known in time trials and you've gone and found a massive one!  Smiley

So far there's not a known technique to reach another checkpoint this. The closest we can probably get is most likely in Bowser's Castle. I've been doing some testing but no luck so far, although I've made some progress. Might make a video on that soon. I haven't really gotten / made any time for doing more SC attempts / testing as I've been busy with some other stuff but hopefully soon I'll be able to work on this some more.

The record meanwhile has dropped down to a 1:11.0 as shown here

Improvements are way better set up in lap 1 for a shroomless lak hop and overal better driving.
