Bean has a 10.715 lap 2 on WGM, also can you put a seperate category for Flame Runner as well? Here’s what the splits should be for Flame Runner:

Lap 1: 10.815 by me (lap 1 for Mach Bike should be 10.867 by Bean [best I can find] and not my 10.815)
Lap 2: 10:820 by me
Lap 3: 10.770 by me

If someone can find a better lap 1 for Mach Bike that would be great.

Include it if you want, I don't care if you don't. I'm mostly curious to see what that would have been had I gone for the chain instead

Hi everyone,

I decided to allow Arvo to make a copy of this thread over at MKBoards, located here:

He said he'd be willing to update it regularly. The reason for doing this is because even though this is the Player's Page/Time Trial forum, pretty much everything competitive MKW related is at MKBoards, including all of the Top 10 TT threads. The BKS thread was pretty much the only official thing not at MKBoards.

So here's my question to the Player's Page: are you all okay with stopping this thread and using the one at MKBoards from here on? I understand that there are many TTers who frequent this forum who played at the beginning of the game who have more of an attachment to this forum, which is why I'm asking. I suppose it's okay if we keep updating this thread if there's a strong consensus to have this duplicate, but otherwise it'd be much more convenient to scrap this one so that we don't have to update the same thread twice and so new BKS's aren't posted one place and not another, etc.

Let me know if you feel one way or the other. If there aren't many responses within the next ~week then I'll take that as a cue to scrap this one and move over to MKBoards.

Isn't mkboards just a modern mariokartwii.com? Certainly looks like it with all the random people posting their timesheets, the inactive threads, and all the inaccurate top tens

I can see the annoyance of having to update two separate threads but that seems to be the way this is headed, and rightfully so (as long as they both stay consistent); it's two divided communities. Im not the best at remembering or reporting my bks (I've probably hit faster GV lap 2/3s but those post it notes are long gone Grin

) but if this threads shuts down, I'd probably stop posting them all together. You (Matt) have done a good job updating the thread here so thank you for that, if you don't want to continue updating I'm sure you can will the first post to someone who does (if mods are able to?)

Hey guys, might aswell have my say on the issue. I think it would be a loss not to have the best known splits on here as well as MKBoards. I'm willing to help out here anyway I can (I would be ready to update the thread on the PP aswell if it goes to that, it wouldn't be that big of an issue).

And to @KingAlex, MKBoards is indeed very similar to mariokartwii.com. People can create their own ideas without much restrictions, which is why some TT tops are very inaccurate and dead in general. A few people in there are willing to keep the most important tops relatively up to date and I feel like it is important to have TT related discussion there, since it is a more active website in general. (Even though some posts may look like they've been written by Roadchill after a wild night out.)

I don't think it will be a problem to keep the 2 threads relatively in sync, no matter who the updater is. For example me and Diamond have been helping each other with the European top 10s and the threads are more or less identical (apart from Barney and Daniel kek)

Also @MattL, found a lot of videos that aren't in here, feel free to check the MKBoards thread and copy them here (there are so many and finding everything took a few hours so won't be posting the links here). I think it might be more simple to just copy the whole thread from there to here Tongue

I should probably mention that this thread is still being updated regularly even though there have not been any messages in a long time. I'm mostly checking discord and MKBoards but I do check this page around once a day aswell and always update both threads when there is a new BKS.

Just wanted everyone to know in case people forgot about this thread. I'm still working on it and any updates from the people who only use PP is still appreciated.
