MG quad doesn't have a total.

Some minor formatting ideas I had
-Totals on a new line
-The category that has the lowest total for each track should be displayed first, then the next, etc etc (eg: BB would be above Mach on WGM, 2-1-0 would be above 0-2-1 on DDR)
-Totals listed with a 0: if the time is under a minute, but not the splits themselves
-List of players with the most BKSs

Note that some of these total times are not yet humanly obtainable because driving at this speed on some tracks will make you too fast for some of the moving obstacles.

From what I could gather:

GV - Bit Bike (2-0-1): 8.546 (Niyake), 5.520 (King Alex), 4.583 (Niyake). Total: 18.649 (.651 WR cut)

The only thing is that the 4.583 actually uses 2 shrooms at the end (it was part of a 1-0-2 strat), but I compared speedometers between runs that used to 2 end shrooms and runs that used 1 end shroom and the speed remains a consistent 114 kph regardless. (Makes sense because the first shroom hasn't worn off yet.) So I think the 4.583 could still be used for the lap 3 BKS for the 2-0-1 strat.

RR - Flame Flyer (1-1-1): 48.414 (A. Wesker), 48.427 (A. Wesker), 48.260 (kaede). Total: 2:25.101 (.156 WR cut)

These may not quite be the BKS's (I just looked at the splits of the past ten world records for each), but it's a start.
