Welcome, to the final of the Players' Favorite Track!

Hooray, we've finally reached it to this: the final!

So as it's the final, let's look at each track individually and analyze it a bit to recap a bit.
GCN Daisy Cruiser was mentioned a favorite as it got 7 votes in the QF's, but had to go through a tie-breaker in the semi-finals to progress to the final. However, this track did an excellent job in the tie-breaker, so it's still quite a favorite!
WII Koopa Cape has been in second and third place in the poll in  the quarters and the semi's respectively. Each time it got in the poll with Rainbow Road and WII Coconut Mall. Can this track beat them final-ly?
DK Jungle can be called quite the underdog I suppose. In the QF's, it had to go through a random-chance tie-breaker but survived, and in the semi's it again had to go through a tie-breaker and managed to secure the last safe spot in that one. Oof, it's gonna be hard for you I suppose!
Rainbow Road can be called the absolute favorite here. 7 votes in the QF's, 5 votes in the SF's and you haven't been threatened much by other tracks. Always a safe 2-vote distance with the second-placed track. Can you make it here?
GBA Bowser Castle 1 apparently had a tough draw in the QF's where it got tied third, but when it got separated from the other three tracks in his quarter-final it performed outstanding in the semi's. But now you're back with those three tracks again! I say 'Uh-oh...', but what do the others say?
WII Coconut Mall hasn't really been on the radar in this series. A nice and smooth run for this track, and indeed probably the most 'unseen' track of all here.
Neo Bowser City has been in a bit more danger. Just like DK Jungle, it had to go through two tie-breakers. In the QF's, he got through a random-chance one, and in the semi-finals it got second in the tie-breaker. You can do better!
DS Airship Fortress is the final track I'm gonna talk about. Probably this is also one of the more 'unseen' tracks, but oof was it close that you almost got eliminated in the quarters! Probably you guys can't remember but he managed to snatch the final spot through a random chance tie-breaker! And in the semi's it didn't do much better but still got through. Come on, show us what you got!

Ugh, I've been talking for way too long haven't I? Well here's some quick rules, quicker than usual:
- 1. You can cast one, and only one vote. Just like any other time. I mean, it's gotta be your favorite, not your favorites. Make a decision.
- 2. Votes will remain hidden until the deadline. Cuz I think that this is more fair. You can however still say what you voted for but then again you can also lie about it.
- 3. That deadline is this Sunday. I don't know when, but whenever I have time on Sunday I will close it. So better vote like before Saturday ends or you might be too late!

I prefer TTing rCM, rDC, rKC and even rBC1 but RR is still RR. It's the final (nitro) track, it has an awesome theme, it's by far the best track design-wise and it even has 3 sections!

I'm going with TvK on this one: Nothing beats rBC1

But first again, great job for winning Rainbow Road. As the favorite it's not always easy to win but you still did! You've been the winner in all three polls you've been in, there was no one to stop you from winning this year! And with over 30% of the votes you deserved to win.
GBA Bowser Castle 1, you did a nice job with getting second place. This final result wasn't very obvious back in the quarter-finals where you only got tied third, but TvK gave you the boost you needed and other people voted for you too.
But the more surprising second place in this final has to be Neo Bowser City! You also got four votes, just like GBA Bowser Castle 1! You were the true underdog in this final but still got second place, wow! Going through two tie-breakers and nearly getting eliminated in both of them, and then this result... that's superb!

DK Jungle and WII Coconut Mall can celebrate an overall neat run in this series. DK Jungle had a bit more trouble in the quarters and semi's though, and WII Coconut Mall was never really a top competitor nor an underdog.
GCN Daisy Cruiser had the most precarious run of all competitors probably. From being a favorite after the quarter-finals, to almost getting eliminated in the semi-finals, to getting back to the favorites in the tie-breaker, to getting just one vote in the final. Well, at least you got one...
WII Koopa Cape also disappointed quite a bit here. After a good second and third place within touching distance of eventual winner Rainbow Road, it only got a mere one vote in the final. Hopefully you'll do better in future polls!
DS Airship Fortress couldn't make dreams come true either. But he can be glad to at least reach the final. He almost had to go to the losers' draw! So it's still not bad effort from this track.

So that's it for this year! I'm already thinking about a future edition next year, and maybe it's going to be completely different. Well who knows what will happen in 2018.
