The three worst are rLR, RIW, and TC. What game are you playing?
RIW is retarded yeah, but I've not played it in a while and I somehow miss it, it's a pretty nice-looking track and its randomness actually make it less boring than rLM. Oh and it has penguins.
I'm totally tired of rLR, but I wouldn't say it's one of the worst tracks to TT. It brings something MK7 would otherwise be lacking: a pure lines-based track, unlike TC (pipes at the SC), rKD (offroad, random bounces at the SC, the train's smoke, the random time losses at some turn because of the ground's weird hitbox) and rDC (the tables). That makes it the ideal track to train, it makes you realize how much is taking sharp turns, releasing SMTs fast and doing good SSMTs is important. I often pick it up when I wanna comeback to MK7 TTs.
And TC... is a good track imo

Pretty much for the same reasons as rLR, plus I don't find its SC annoying at all, I actually like it because of that feel you get when you do it with a good exit lol. I also enjoy doing stuff like the NISC, hopping over the grass at the end of the second SMT and getting 3 coins at once. You're also not dumbly SSMTing to the left the whole time like in rLR, you're doing them in both directions, in a sexy way that makes you brush against the barrier

Finally, it might be the track with the most competition, even WWers play it to see if they are good enough to sub 1'20. It's the most iconic sub of the game, pretty much everybody is dreaming about it when starting to play competitively, and you know you can call yourself a true MK7 player once you got it

I can't really come up with a top 3, but my least favorite tracks would be those: rMG, rLM, rKD and rDKP. It changes a lot depending of my mood though.
