Physical modification for Twitch streaming?

I know it's possible, I'm just wondering if there's a tutorial for how to go about it. I see some people streaming 7 on here, and 8D users can actually upload vine-length clips to Twitter through their Switch.

(the real reason I'm asking is that I'm on a Pokemon kick lately and with the new games coming out in 2 weeks, thought I'd give that a go)

This method looks like the one I should go for, since it doesn't involve cracking anything open and is not 3ds-specific. However, it looks like this method is more than a bit cost-prohibitive compared to just getting a n3ds and porting over the save data. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NUezZ_GMPm8

Their are only 3 ways to stream 3ds content
1. Pointing a camera at your 3ds and stream that way (fairly low quality)
2. Buying a capture card from Katsukity (~$400, but high quality and doesn't have many frame rate issues)
3. Using NTR Viewer (requires new 3ds/new 2ds, frame rate depends on your internet)

NTR is probably the best if you already have a new 3ds/2ds, since 3ds.guide has tutorials for everything soft modding related

If you're not going for a super high quality stream and don't have a N3DS webcam is fine tbh.
