This is absolutely correct - Leone is confirmed to be *not town* (whether neutral or scum, who knows). There is no reason to believe anything he says at all at this point - the people he has most focused on (Dan and TvK) both died and flipped town. We got lucky to get one of them back, if only briefly...but still, Leone's the only confirmed non-townie in the game so there's no reason for anyone to listen to anything he has to say.

yeah and by that logic dan and paf shoulda been "tryharding as maf" cuz their reads (dan about paf, tvk about bray) were wrong and were most likely wrong, respectively.

ALSO orange might've just outed himself as a survivor, with the claim that he can survive a hit, IF he was telling the truth. (Town Of Salem's survivor gets a bullet-proof vest they can use to block an attack.)

Yeah, I would agree that maf can't have a roleblock - it would have been used against you (and you can't prevent a roleblock as far as I know, if you roleblock a roleblock they both go through).

If you were fakeclaiming a resurrect power as maf, then whichever townie has resurrect would almost certainly have resurrected someone *else* other than Dan (since you specified him) to prove your fakeclaim. Since that didn't happen, I think it's safe to say that you are a cleared townie and mafia did not (or could not, if Leone is maf!roleblocker) block you last night.

Damn, this is really interesting - I wish Dan were here to say if he was *told* he was attacked/killed during N1 (actually, did TvK mention anything during D2? I thought he only referred to Shock's D2 opening post, don't recall if he referred to receiving any notification of an attack on him during N1).

Perhaps better wording is that I believe the attack *failed* because it was blocked. Hence why I was asking so much about the attack/heal language used to start D2 vs the language used to start D3.
