My question is, how is this working? "God +10" seems to be the best for me. How can you know that it is possible to drive "Rainbow Road much faster than Andrew did?

On BC the time with the best splits is 2'15"567, Andrew drove 2'16"983. On RR the time with the best splits is 2'53"497, Andrew drove 2'54"464. RR is longer and Andrew is here closer to the best possible time... why is his record on BC God+10 and on RR only God+3?

Because the standards were made more than 10 years ago and were just an estimation of where the at the time new tech called 'a-tech' would be able to push the tracks.

So some tracks have been pushed further (BC vs RR), and some tracks have dumb standards (SL vs BP)

The first set of standards had the highest rank (god) at what is now Titan+. When they got destroyed a bunch of the then top players got together and came up with these ones. God was supposed to be very very challenging, but just in case they were still beaten we wanted to have something still to strive for. Then the last major innovation happened, and A tech destroyed all the times on all courses way beyond what could be anticipated. Ideally the standards would've been compensated for that, but you can't change them too many times or people will get upset you've taken their achievement away. BP 8'54 as god+10 is obviously laughably easy and RR 2'52'999 might never be achieved. As you can see, the courses where no big new strategies came out and a tech had little impact, god+10 is far off (RR, DDJ, DKM). On the simpler courses that are more about mts a tech had a huge impact and they're all crushed.
