It's not only his interaction with you. It's everything he's done so far throughout the day. From the feigned frustration at the start of the day, through his boneheaded 4th vote on PAF in the middle and finishing off with his discussion with you. Just look at how many votes he has collected throughout the day with his behaviour so far. I've never seen Dan play like this before, not as town, nor as mafia. The only explanation I can give for his game so far is that he must be the angel.

Majority vote causes the day to end immediately and the player is lynched. If players are tied at the end of day 1 though, the first player to get more votes than any other previously-tied players gets lynched.

On subsequent days, if players are tied at the end of day there is no lynch.
