I'm no familiar with the MK8 mumbo-jumbo lol. You mean the leaderboards top rankings? If so, nothing's up yet, none of the online features is gonna be activated before Friday.

I hadn't even payed attention to this game until I saw mkwrs.com had been updated with MKDX times. I have to say, although it's interesting seeing the 150cc game play as intended (I didn't even realise that fire hopping had been removed until I watched the new WRs), it looks boring as sin. Whereas 200cc just looks like chaos, I can't imagine it being fun online at all. Needless to say, I'll be avoiding this overpriced expansion pack.

I personally love the game. Strats are similar to MK7 without the mt's into walls and weird glider maneuvers. No SC's so far either, just like the original MK8. The extra item slot in online games is something I've really enjoyed. Haven't been much into battle, it's not my thing anyway.

It's far too easy to forget what it's like to be a kid. But one secret to happiness is to be able to pick out links to our childhood in the mundanities of adult life. That's why I love Mario Kart. Whether I'm imagining wading through frosting in Sweet Sweet Canyon to take a bite of that giant donut, or picturing myself, shrunken down, making my way through Waluigi's pinball machine, there's something rejuvenating about the game that provides a nice reminiscence of the halcyon days gone by.

I am playing right now also i feel game itself deserves it's own area it is understandable it is port of original version but at least it makes forum itself tidy yes

my main concern is gold-diggers (or what i have learn an alternative term from others called them "Smurfers") still bringing inconvenience to beginners this has been big problem since original MK8 sadly from what my sister as told me after her onlines i fear things have not change if not more worse then Wii U's version Smiley

will pros ever learn to not leapfrog of of those who play for sake of playing? Undecided
