...1 in 11 that Vinnie scans Web who just so happened to be the person who came out right at the start of the day setting himself up to make a scan claim. Yeah anyone could do it and be fake claiming, but did anyone else start the day by setting up a later claim? Not that I saw.

Mechanics clarification: there are 5 scans, 5 heals, 5 roleblocks, 4 shoots, and 5 controls in the game; 1 vig shot was given to maf, 3 vig shots were given to town. The rest could have gone to anyone. A player can end up with 2 of the same ability. Abilities were chosen at weighted random as described in the signups thread.

In retrospect, I don't think I ever stated this in this form. All I've done is say that the other 20 actions other than vig were chosen at weighted random.

I'm going to go modkill myself.

I'm really sorry. I have a pretty bad flu rn and I don't think I can read the last few pages or wake up in time tomorrow for eod... I would vote J-Cop but I see a lot of votes on 42 and I assume something happened there. So I think it's probably best if I hold off on voting rn since I'm not caught up. I see 2 scenarios: 1 Shock gives me a sub to finish off the day and I should be back for the night. Or I just miss eod. I'm gonna be asleep so do whatever there. Sorry.

I'd find it hard to believe that maf would have controlled anyone other than town!Vinnie last night. So I very strongly doubt that Web was controlled - I could believe that he's lying scum, but not a controlled townie imo.

As a reminder, if you tried to submit an action but were Roleblocked, then the action did not process, so you still have the action, and it wasn't counted to the total. If you were Controlled and used an action, your action IS used and contributes to the total Night abilities used. If you were Roleblocked, but you used a Control night action, your Control IS used, and the Roleblock is used - however, the Roleblock would have no effect on your action. Again, the Mafia faction kill does not count toward the total night abilities used.

Note: It is not necessarily Mislynch and Lose today. There are 4 Townies and 2 Mafia alive.

Holy shit who shot TvK? (assuming virtually cleared Dan was the obvious maf kill) He looked a little scummy all game and I was going to dig into his case today but using a vigkill on him seems excessive this early the game. Does that mean the extra kill on N1 wasn't a maf shot? Not at all what I was expecting to start the day.

That was quite the day yesterday. I think it's important to not dwell too much on 42's wild rush to defend himself as he was throwing any possible option to get himself away from the noose. Spending too much time on those many many crazy tangents only plays into his (NOW CONFIRMED) mafia hands.

Also for a little entertainment I found this scumslip from 42 while re-reading, must have missed it yesterday:

I have another post I wrote during N2 with some thoughts about our potential D3 plans coming in a few minutes.

Web is confirmed townie imo, and I honestly think Lewis is too. Jon/Michele/Zac, could honestly be any 2 of them, though Michele seems least likely to me atm.

Web, I don't see how "virtually cleared Dan was the obvious maf kill" - I believe you were completely cleared after yesterday, making you the obvious maf kill attempt?
