It was on the PP before but wasn't SR at the time it was made because of Daniel's emulator 4.079. Someone with the power could check the date on that.

I tried the mariokartwii.com archives but I can't reach all the pages on the flap top 10 thread.

This code deals with every case in column B except for approximate dates, which can be manually done
"A33" = date of next WR
"A32" = date of WR
Deals with WR's lasting less than 1 day, and present day WR's
For WR's where glitch gets introduced, instead of "A33" it takes "A34", the date on the next row down
For column C replace "A34" with the date of the next no-glitch WR
