Id be interested in coming, though id need a more concrete location. If its near Caen or Le Havre (or anywhere on or near the north coast which is drivable) id consider driving and catching a car ferry. If its nearer Paris, id obviously catch the Eurostar.

Id also not wanna be the only non French speaker!

edit: Just checked ferry prices, and it works out a lot more than the eurostar. So if I did come it would be 100% on the eurostar (which is £58 currently for a return trip). So hopefully the venue is easy to get to from Paris by train.

Well, the exact location is not defined yet. It usually takes place around 50km from Rouen. But Baptiste (Baly) used to be the organizor and he seems to be super busy this year. So I may have to organize it myself if he can't. I'll be in touch with him and get back to you in a few days with more details.

The Winter Cup 2017 will take place in Saint Cyr-du-Bailleul, from 13th to 15th January.
We rent a Normandy Longhouse, separated in 2 parts: Finch and Jay. The link between the Finches and the Jays is internal on the ground floor, there is an opening between the two kitchens.
This housing sleep up to 18 people in beds (maybe 2 more in the couches, but I can't guarantee they are comfortable or big enough). So please let us know asap if you are 100% in



The fees for the whole weekend will be aound 50 euros (housing/food/drinks included; everything but your travel fees basically), that you have to pay to the FFSMK.

The nearest train station is Flers, which is at 1 hour-drive from the venue.
For those who come from far (like Raphael, the UK guys, etc.), we could pick you up there (in one go, if possible...). Otherwise, the driving option is advised.
Chris: the Frenchmen from Strasbourg (Banana Master, Ours, and JDR) told me they can drive with you if you are interested in this Lemme know and I'll get you in touch with them.
