"03 is max'd out, yes

Most of the ones that aren't shroom-into-a-pixel or sink-at-the-line aren't maxed out, actually. Don't thin any of the ones where you loop around the track are max'd out. I never bothered trying to max these because you can't be sure what the perfect time is without extensive testing. Not gonna invest a ton of time into a track to be beaten by "01 in 10 years.

I have wondered for a few years how, glitches in video games are discovered, ( the glitches that require good skill,) as they are difficult to execute and require very specific or possibly even perfect execution in SOME cases. I know very little about glitches in general but am curious to know how glitches are found.

To be perfectly honest, I cannot understand your explanation properly, (.Hahaae) even though it is simplified as my knowledge of pixels and lap skips is terrible. I understand that Cheese Land Flap glitch Site Record tie of 0'00'03 is believed to be MAX'D out at this point of time. My impression based on the responses of this topic is that CL Glitch Flap won't ever be beaten, (no better method of exploiting the glitch for a faster lap will be discovered.) I am NOT saying this myself, I am saying this is my interpretation of what I have read so far for CL Flap glitch specifically.

My interpretation is that, EACH lap skip for this game MIGHT have it's OWN MAX'D out lap skip time OR not. I rely on the info from these MKPP as they have SOME of the greatest players in the world, ( the sites know what they are talking about.)
