(I'm posting this from my laptop where I'm still logged in)

So a few days back I did a fresh install of windows and that means logging in everywhere again.
However there seems to be a problem on here. I'm pretty sure I got the correct password, but apparently that's not the case. So I go to "Forgot password?", fill in the details and verification code, but here's the kicker: Nothing is being accepted as the verification code. Lower case or all caps both don't work. I've also tried refreshing so I get an all number code, but those don't seem to exist.

Go to your settings, the privacy section, then the password management section, then locate this website in the list and ask the browser to show your password.

Yeah changing password seems like the better option if we can't get the verification code to work.

I got contacted by 3 persons this week. One who forgot his password and has troubles with the verification code, and two who want to register and have trouble withe the verification code.

And I just tried to log out and click forgot password but I don't succeed either to give in the correct verification code.

Just tried the same, I take it you got an error msg similar to this?
"Error: invalid character in verification code; only a-z and 0-9 are valid"

This is REALLY weird, I only wrote letters and numbers, and I'm pretty sure I wrote the right code. Huh
