"Divorced people can't remarry."
Reading the prior verses should get you the proper context of what Jesus is saying. In verse 2, the Pharisees approached and asked Jesus whether it was lawful for a man to divorce his wife. So in verses 8-11, Jesus clarified that
divorce is not lawful. He is not saying that divorced people cannot remarry. Matthew 19:9 further clarified Jesus statements in this conversation, where he says that divorce on grounds of sexual immorality is in fact lawful, and therefore one would be free to marry again.
"Rapists can marry their victims."
These verses are not describing rape. The three verses prior describe rape, where it clearly says that "the man who lay down with her is to die by himself, and you must do nothing to the girl." 28 and 29 describes consensual sex with a woman who is not already engaged to anyone else, in which case the man is forced to marry her.
"Siblings may get married."
God allowed this for a time. Clearly, when it was just Adam and Eve, their children would obviously have to marry siblings. But Leviticus 18 made clear that this was no longer permitted.
"Polygamy is acceptable."
Solomon is hardly an example of acceptable polygamy. Verse 6 of the same chapter clearly says that "Solomon did what was bad in the eyes of Jehovah, and he did not follow Jehovah completely as David his father had done." Nowhere is it stated that polygamy is accepted. All the examples in the Bible of those who married more than one wife had problems as a result: David, Solomon, Jacob, etc. The matter is settled when Jesus made clear that while certain things were allowed for the sake of the Israelite's hardheartedness, just like the case of certificates of divorce in the Mosaic law, a man was to marry one wife.
