I made that post, at that point in the discussion, because I know people who come into the thread late have a tendency to read a few pages, give up, then skip to the end and read the last few pages and skip the middle section completely. I didn't want to post it near EoD either, as at that time our focus should be on lynches. Also, explaining how I think to play these rules optimally is important to state early for I think obvious reasons - to get my suggestions out early before any slips or damage has a chance to happen. Also, I was bored; the Day was going slowly at that point. Tongue

Shock's post didn't look suspicious to me. Town need to build towncred as well.

In a game full of power-roles, I would be suspicious of someone trying to tell people what to do with their roles, but this game isn't power-heavy and all he said was to be careful with doing/reporting any night actions. Imo there wasn't enough in his post to make any conclusions off of it.

Eh, I don’t know. Maybe you have a point as that’s what Web did D1 in Shock’s game. In that game mafia couldn’t talk during Days while they can here, though; so I don’t know how that affects that.

Shock's posts so far are empty content. As in, they look like helpful active townie posts, but they don't contain much in the way of actual leanings on anybody. Obviously it's early and there's not much for him or anyone to base leans on at this point, but I'm still glad it was called out. We should be careful not to fall into the trap of just assuming he's town because he's making real posts while the rest of us were all mostly still joking around.
