Sorry this took so long! I took it in elementary school today (hence the scooters) and it took a long time to upload it plus I had to edit it (there was a bad take right before this one, I'm a little out of practice on piano so it took a few tries to get a semi-decent recording). Enjoy and vote in my match before the deadline!

Dan, are you classically trained? I am myself, although I've discovered other genres on my own, in particular jazz. It's interesting to see the contrast in that arrangement and my own music.

It's far too easy to forget what it's like to be a kid. But one secret to happiness is to be able to pick out links to our childhood in the mundanities of adult life. That's why I love Mario Kart. Whether I'm imagining wading through frosting in Sweet Sweet Canyon to take a bite of that giant donut, or picturing myself, shrunken down, making my way through Waluigi's pinball machine, there's something rejuvenating about the game that provides a nice reminiscence of the halcyon days gone by.

I'm more classically trained, yes, I like jazz although I've never gotten super into performance of it. For the songs I play I try to stick closely to the original arrangements most of the time.
