I actually would have had way less time today, but I stayed home instead of going out for sushi with my girlfriend and her friend from out of town.
No one was really posting anything of note until Zarkov voted for me and I posted intentionally vague things, and then everything went crazy with like 15 pages of content. I mostly tried to defend myself, but apparently everything I said came off as scummy.
It doesn't matter anyway. I can yell at the top of a goddamn mountain that I'm town and I'll still have at least 4 people who will never believe it anyway.

As far as m/m I'm kinda getting vibe that no control could be with YS. If YS is lynched and is indeed mafia I would like to take a closer look at no control.

There are 9 Player Votes on Yoshistar. 12 will end the Day immediately.
There are 16 hours and 33 minutes left in Day 1.
If anyone wants a formal vote count, feel free to ask using
Mod: votecount

You think No control is trying to not get his scumbuddy lynched???
there's still 16hrs left in the day, and considering that pages 11-20 happened, there's still a lot of information to grab before the end of the day.

Ok I got some catching up to do, btw thanks for stepping up the volume of posting. Also don't lynch Yoshistar yet, day 1 absolutely has to go the full 48 hours.

It's just a thought that came to mind. His reaction to Walter's vote seemed a little aggressive.

Hey brett, you said that maf would likely be in the 8> posters, but (nearly) everyone has gone over that mark.
Thoughts on that line of thinking now?

If I'm reading this correct and Joe's claiming lookout it's 100% unwise to lynch him today regardless of what he's doing as lookout can basically confirm himself at night. Or at the very least he'll use up scum's roleblock. Don't feel like Zarkov's push on Joe was scummy either because at the time Joe was being intentionally obtuse.

The more activity the better. It's going to force scum out of their comfort zone if they want to keep blending in with townies. That was the purpose of me demanding people to talk more. Plus it's always easier to read someone if they have more posts to sort through.

So we keep the night short so the mafia can't talk as much, right?

I'm a little surprised Yoshi got so many votes that quickly, I know he was a hotly contested person but I didn't expect to wake up from my nap and see 9 votes on him. Not complaining as long as lynch doesn't go through. Idk why no one seems to care about J-Cop though.

Night's guaranteed to last at least 24 hours. If we ended day 2 hours early or something the night will just go 26 hours. The point of not ending day early is because the more info we have to go on the better. For day 1 this is critical, in later days it depends on the situation.

J-Cop does seem suspicious, I'm waiting for a night role to investigate him (preferably
not
the sheriff, and definitely not the bodyguard or the backer)

I get most of my reads based on how people vote. If we lynch Joe and he is town, we lose him but have a good read on Clark and Tim, who seem to be pushing the Joe wagon the hardest right now. If we lynch Yoshistar and he turns up town, it would give us a good read on TvK and maybe Lafungo. If it's going to be one or the other, I'd rather not lose Joe this early.
^ Nothing has changed since I said that. I'm gonna be out for a while, so I'm gonna vote now.

God damn this post is awful seriously. Lynching Joe!town doesn't prove Clark or Tim is scum, it's the way they push a wagon. Haven't looked into Tim but the way Clark did it I think Clark's town regardless of Joe's alignment.

The only investigative roles are Sheriff/lookout
Lookout doesnt work in the way you hope it will, in which it shows everyone who targets.
And sheriff is unreliable.
Brett, I'm currently looking into the yoshi votes see if anything stands out.
Will prolly post more fluid thoughts inbetween lectures

I get that he has been suspicious, but when I went off he had about 2 votes and shot up to 9 super quickly. Joe's lookout claim is easily verifiable if need be because he can just watch someone and see who visits and out it if necessary. The only way he can't is if he's blocked or blackmailed (and even then we could give him a code to communicate with), but that means scum have to waste their powers on Joe.

I suggest that the Lookout watches a suspected mafia, because if someone visits them, it's a real possibility that it's a framer. If the Sheriff doesn't investigate a suspected mafia, then we've found a mafia member.

You are a Lookout. You are a member of the Town and want to see the Mafia brought to justice for their crimes. During the Night phase, you may choose to watch a target. You will be informed of all players who visit your target during the Night. You may choose to watch yourself.
You will not be able to see the Framer.
If the framer visits a target that is killed, you will not see the Framer or the attacker.

And that's a stupid idea anyway. Suspected mafia might just end up being mafia and then you probably won't get many visits.

In general discussing what certain roles should do is a bad idea, just let people do their own thing.

I'm pretty sure that he states his facts once every 10-15 posts or so, if everyone came in like you and asked "brett, what are your reads atm", he'll have 10-15 posts reiterating what he just said. and that is not productive
