My overall thoughts on the game:

In hindsight, roles definitely in favor of Town. Also, roles were RNG'd probably in favor of easily confirmable roles. If there's a future game like this, Town roles need to be debuffed a bit, and there needs to be more "dual" roles - roles that have Town/Maf counterparts - like Escort/Consort this game. I also think many strong players landed on Town's side this game.

Other major events of note this game:

- 900+ posts D1. That is a lot of posting and a lot of information being generated. Strong playing by Town here.

- Walter only made 2 posts. Not helpful for Maf, though he did die the next night.

- Brett made a solid prediction in his protection, and he took down a Maf as well as kept a D2 of discussion about him away.

- Townslipping was real this game, and so was metagaming. In the future, things could've been smoother, but people were becoming basically confirmed Town when I felt they shouldn't be, and I didn't like the whole copy/pasting of PMs, either. Read the rules and stick to them, please!

- Web's scumslip. Legendary. That's all.

- TYG slipped pretty hard in dead chat, though a definite +1 to Brett for thinking up a devious plan like he did.

- TYG wasn't coaxed into making some kind of Townslip, and I think people were probably expecting him to act really clueless if he were Town. But he posted a lot - so credits to him for that - but he did mess up here and there, which probably convinced Lafungo to make that shot.

- Misuse of Maf Night actions. I don't think Consorts should be going after TvK's, to say the least. They should be going after suspected Townies. You already know you're blocking a Town action, so cool, you can probably convince others that you're an Escort if you're questioned in that case, and you can keep the attention diverted onto players who can't clear themselves and already look sus.

- I thought it was really strange that YS decided to heal himself N1. I wonder why he thought he'd get targeted, and if he died how terrible a thing that would be exactly given all the attention he had D1? If anything, he was setting himself up for getting shot by a Vig N2 with no protection. He could've at least saved it for N2.

Overall: things were a bit Town sided mechanics-wise, but Maf really dug their own graves quickly, and Townies got a fair share of luck on top of it.

Yeah sports guy, I thought Vinnie made it faulty obvious. His posting style changed drastically, and he seemed super obvious. Oh well, maybe he was a better kill than zark N2.

Also, maybe zark was a better kil N1, curious to see thoughts there.

It looks like tvk did protect zarkov night 1, but mafia roleblocked him.

I thought the same thing, thought me/TvK/Zarkov/Joe were likely protection targets and Lafungo was kinda the best of what's left. He also had no heat day 1 and was on the Yoshistar wagon which at the time looked better than the people on Jon's wagon which is why I thought he was a fairly obvious kill choice. I sent that protection PM within 5 minutes of nightfall.

@brett if you read maf chat, we were aiming for zark and roleblcok eoJ night one. If it worked, we would have killed the only confirmed town and set up a d2 mislynch. We thought it was too obvious, so we went for the "safer" play. Wound up being our downfall.

I was getting ready to claim sheriff, but Joe semi implicated fank so i was all in on that.  Unfortunately it didn't work and our 2% chance of winning went to zero.

This was part of the problem. Too many people that had no fucking idea what the fuck was going on.

There is a hilarious meme on the dead chat about web's roleclaim.

I actually thought we were fine (maybe even in a better spot) when Brett and Walter died N1. The TvK roleclaims is where i started to worry, and then the web maf slip is where I gave up. Tyg stuff was icing on the cake, I knew we were dead after web slipped tho

More evidence that he was pissed which basically just further cleared Tim...

And yeah, that modkill. I didn't think carefully that it would actually HELP Town, so I will take the blame on that one and apologize. I was following my rules and at that point admittedly my patience with people's understanding about the rules was wearing thin, so I set a punishment that probably should've been adjusted given the context.
