I've tried changing it countless times woth the correct URL but it still doesn't change. Is there anything that may be causing this and can it be fixed?

This may sound painfully obvious and stupid, but make sure you click the box that says "I have my own pic"

I probably spent at least an hour one time trying to change my pic, then I realized I hadn't clicked the box. Smiley
