Depends what type of tourney you're hosting. 1v1 bracket? 4v4v4's? FFAs? Itemless?

Ive PM'd him before and he responded within 24 hours saying I could pretty much copy and paste excertps from his rulesets into one of my own personal tourneys. if you PM him he'll probably give you permission. In fact you can pobably look through some of those rulesets and ask anyone to borrow some of their rules. Or you can at least ask them for ideas.

im adamant about this stuff because yesterday I went to a sm4sh tourney with 4 min 3 stock. 99% of MLG tourneys + smash ladder do fuckin 2 stock 6 min. its just crazy, and can ruin serioous tourney goers expereinces if the rules aren't optimal.
