Before I get started, I would like to state that I'm not in favor of changing the standards.
Anyway, considering the 52 players with god time on BP flap currently, I decided to do a statistical analysis of the standards and pick better times for the outliers.  A more thorough description of what I did is posted below the link:

For the analysis, I considered God+10, God, Myth D, Titan D, etc.  I inputted the amount of people who have achieved each standard and then created a 95% confidence interval.  God+10 in the only weird case because of all the courses without God+10 times.  Thus, I only used course where a God+10 had been achieved as data.  Upon creating the 95% confidence interval, anything outside that range was considered an outlier and removed from the data.  Then you have to create a new 95% confidence interval.  Rinse and Repeat the process until you have a 95% confidence interval where all the data is explained.  After this, I set out to pick new standards.  In the case of an outlier, I picked a time closer to the average.  And if it was explained, I would just keep the standard as is on the players page.  Then I used the remaining standards to fix for continuity.
