If this is indeed a legit time, then imo, there should no problem in providing the evidence we need, considering he cut .600 from レンジでチン's time. Any video faster than レンジでチン's record (with his kart combination of course) is good enough for me.
This is pretty much the reason why the deadline is a good idea. It shows that if he doesn't care to provide what we want, which is not much in hindsight, then his time is most likely fake. Thus a fake time warrants removal. He's already not provided proof for 80+ days since the "record" was made, so I think we're being quite generous to him to give him extra time.
There's going to be a point in time where it's too late to consider his 1:08.025 legit even if he one day provides us with something, since there's already so much doubt behind it. It's just like Tyler's time on DKM over at the MKW community. He provided proof years later of his skill on the track, but far too much time has passed for his "WR" to be saved. Plus, accepting Tyler's record back in means that Troy and others were never the record holders all along, which is unfair to them because in their minds, they had achieved the WR. Same thing can be said here.
That's just my take on it. We're making the right move whichever way we want this to go.
