Now that quite a few people have Tsurigi's new CT pack, I've added all the new courses and all the times to those courses that have been sent to me or that I know of. I know this isn't all of them, so be sure to PM me on Skype or reply with your times here

I also added the banners from the American Top 10 charts because it was getting hard to find the tracks.

I don't know whether to make separate top 5 charts for Choco Island. The pasta, which is similar to rMC2, is not a glitch, but whether it's used in a run or not saves a significant amount of time and changes the whole dynamic of the course. Until there's a decision made I'll leave it as just one top 5 for now.

For anybody who hasn't modded their 3ds, it has to be uploaded and put in a file which we transfer to our SD cards. Otherwise, it's available I'm sure. It'll probably be in the next CT update, whenever that happens.
