Goals Updated
1) All times top 200.
2) Top 150 on PP
3) Get a top 75 time on rBC1.
4) Get a top 10 AR on NBC G
5) TT Mario Kart 8 again.
6)Maybe join the MK8PP and MKDS PP with full timesheets. I kind of want to join the MKWiiPP too, but their rules are rather strict.
7) Earn 50K+, hopefully more than 60K, but I want my goals to be achievable without overwhelming.

What do you think are the pros and cons of each of these goals:
master a few tracks or
PR on every track

I think each one has a different kind of satisfaction. I think with PRing on every track you can prove to yourself that you are an all-around player, while mastering a few tracks will give you a feeling of superiority over other players more than it would with being an all around player. Basically, I think the point of these goals is just trying to prove something to yourself. It feels pretty satisfying when you can reach your goals.

The cons would be getting bored maybe with mastering with one track. Doing different tracks all the times seems to have no cons for me.

The thing about getting burned out is you don't realize it when you're in the moment. It seems like for you, you only realized you only realized it after a long break. I think this can apply to all life. You need to shift your consciousness away from whatever you're doing just for a sec so you can take a break.
