I've been doing some tas tests for fun in WS and I wonder if these 2 wall-clips save or lost time? Looking at speedometer it lose a lot of speed but pays off in the distance.

The first one definitely saves time. I've done it several times against a ghost, also successfully on my WR flap (1'26''39). The 2nd one looks less efficient, I'm not sure about that one.

I'm sure the second one CAN be faster, but I don't think you hit it quite right in that run.

Thanks to all. Next time I'll use a ghost. I plan to do a crazy WS flap TAS, is faster to do a flap in lap1 or lap2 here?
