Big Blue - Section 3 Help?

So I have been solely working on Big Blue. I am trying to get the Canadian record (Current time is 1:25:083) and the sub 1:25:000, however I seem to lose quite a bit of time in the third section. I use the exact strats that WR/Top 10 use, but still fall behind by quite a bit. So I was curious about what part of section 3 I am losing time in (I think most of it has to do with that hard left turn after the boost panels). I have spend over 10 hours trying to improve this time, but have had no luck :/.

So yeah thanks a lot and I would appreciate if anyone could help me
