I'm a TV producer putting together a MK8 competition for next month.  If you can get to Los Angeles and aren't camera shy, let's chat!


The show will will shoot in Los Angeles July 7th through 9th, and air on a major network in August.  

This show is aimed at children and teens, so a glowing personality is a huge plus.

Totally.  We're looking for 4 "pro" MK8 players (or at least, really really good) who would be good on camera.  

You'll be working with 2-3 amateur players, coaching them, and helping them compete against 3 other teams in a tournament style game.  



Me?  I'm just some dude who plays video games and produces tv shows (and a few horror films).  I figured these boards might be a good place to find a couple gamers.  

My original post states that it will shoot July 7-9 in Los Angeles (Probably Glendale/Burbank--we're still working on the stage specifics).  

As for the network...I'm not at liberty to say at the moment.  But know that Nintendo is officially involved.  We're just putting out feelers for gamers.  That's where I/you come in.
