1.) What does the human body need to eat and drink and get in the body so that it functions at it's most minimal level without dying or needing hostpial respirator support of any kind?

I mean bare minimum here, no I'm not talking about burning calories, the person I'm talking about does absolutely not excersize to burn calories, he does nothing but sits in a room all day

what is the bare minimum in terms of eating and drinking that he needs to survive and function normally? (OF COURSE I KNOW HE WILL DETERIORATE WITH THIS LIFESTYLE THATS NOT THE POINT OF THIS QUESTION)

I want to know the bare minimum so I can know what to add to it as I add activity into the equation and what now

Depends how long you plan to continue the diet. You'd get by for a while on water and pasta or bread or other carbs. Anything less than 1500 calories is pretty small consumption for a grown adult male.

If you plan to keep this up for more than a few days you'll need to eat some fruit and vegetables or at least take some minerals or you'll end up with scurvy.
