This topic is for listing the biggest victory margin to the CPU contestants in various GP races for 1 player.

There will be separate system lists with individual course times and much participation, including frequent contributions by numerous prominent karters, and some will go as far as to videotape their humiliation of the CPU opponents for the rest of the world to witness time and time again.

Victory times, 2nd place times, and 8th places time are of particular interest, although many karters will voluntarily provide complete race statistics for the benefit of the community, making this very piece of information unnecessary and a waste of our time.

Sounds a bit like Yoshi Party, which has a co-op edge thrown into the mix.

With Yoshi Party player #1 is the runner and tries to get the best time possible. Player #2 is tasked with trying to block Yoshi as much as he can (finishing ahead of Yoshi is required though), to try and create the biggest possible time delta between the #1 and #8. I love that challenge, it's a CDM hit of old.  

Of course this particular blow-out challenge has the benefit of not requiring a 2nd human player in near proximity.
