This is it. By beating (by a typical 0"01 margin) the third longest-lasting WR ever, which was Karel's 8"60 on Vanilla Lake 2 lap, I drove not only the fastest non-glitch single lap ever recorded officially on the Super Mario Kart Time Trial Players Page, but also hit my 40^th Myth+ time on the NTSC side:

Now I think I can proudly retire progressively from the NTSC Time Trial competition. Well, maybe not completely, I have a couple unfinished tasks like *cough* KB2 flap *cough* to take care of, but any other achievement I would perform on that side of the rankings now will be optional enjoyment.

Nice lap to finish off the big job there. Hopefully the KB2 lap sub will happen some time too.

If you are thinking of RR PAL that is exciting to hear about. I know what i could do there NBT as i had a couple of laps off pace anyway. So like the targetting pressures of CDM one tries, and for the love of barriers, like KB2 lap. You know what im gona say to you now... to maybe lock this track up forever where it deserves to be. And you dont have a choice in this matter Grin

That was about time, considering it was 'only' 0"10 faster than it's PAL counterpart haha. I guess that says more about how very sick the PAL one is though, there didn't seem to be much wrong with your 8"59 on NTSC in any case!

Listen dawg, don't you go doing a 1'26"0x and leaving it there Cheesy

It isn't good for the TOC-man's eyes. Il end up having to go for it myself and it would take way longer. Particularly seeing as i would run out of steam beyond a 1'26"3x i think. If you are gona get that close you may aswell go the extra mile.
