- The retro track "rule" seems to be broken now, at least as far as DLC tracks are concerned.
- The track looks really dope, and I thought the game was a lacking a bit in tight, technical tracks, so this is a welcome addition. Will probably turn into on of my favorites.
- It would make sense for the new vehicle to be an ATV, and its design lends to it being on, still quite hard to tell though. Not like it will make a very noticeable difference when driving.

I went off with the transliteration of the japanese name of the vehicle ("Tanooki Buggy") for my argument, otherwise you're absolutely right.

(Or Incendia Castle for those who played MKW custom tracks) But since it'll probably end up being just one config, I'd definitely prefer seeing one that has more ramps.

Finally updated the OP with the current known info, and renamed the topic. I will update it again each time new information comes up.

Speaking of which, I will also use this post to mention that a global Nintendo Direct will be airing 3 hours from now, and that MK8 DLC content will likely be discussed and shown there.

In fact, a new page on the official site of MK8, about the usage of the Amiibos for MK8, has already leaked (but taken down since). Those figurines will alledgely unlock new costumes for Miis, corresponding to the character represented in the figurine. Non-Mario characters like Captain Falcon or Fox may be supported as well, but we should still wait for official confirmation.

I agree we should start to discuss which abbreviations to use, especially for SNES RR Tongue

For Mute City, we should do like MKDD which had both Mario Circuit and Mushroom City, with the latter being designated as MuC, and the former as MaC. This could cause trouble for the people that are used to go with MC for Mario Circuit though.
Another idea would be to denote the DLC tracks with their own letters. After all they will have their own charts!
