I PR'd with Blue Yoshi (1:48.197). Can people without the patch/DLC pre-order still view the ghost?

I do not have the DLC and I can see multi-coloured Yoshis and Shy Guys online just fine, I'm sure it works the same way offline. It seems Nintendo downloaded the colours whether you bought the DLC or not.
