It might be useful to know some of the different names for each track in other languages/countries, in case some people call the courses by other names.

I may accept some proposals even for people who have only been around since the beginning of MK8, assuming they have a VERY good standing with the community. I'd prefer someone who has experimented times updating before though.

OK that explains alot. I was wondering why we haven't got a news update for a month and a half. At first I thought it was being slowed down to every 2 weeks in order to capture more activity and new players on the DLC chart. But I questioned that after 3 weeks. Did you let everyone know that you were moving beforehand? I probably missed that notice, but maybe you didn't.

Suggestion:

I think it's only fair to acknowledge the players who don't have the DLC on the news updates, even though I play DLC, and so do most of the top players. A suggested way to do so (Sorry, colors are bad on this forum and can be changed anyway for the real news):

1 - 25

#3 (#4) Kasper Evans beat his Rainbow Road time, but unfortunately only cut 0.1 AF and didn't pass anybody on either chart.

#32 (#52) Darren Woods played 8 courses this time around, and cut 4.5 AF (including DLC) to pass 2 players (1 player on non-DLC). Keep up the great work!

#175 Derek Hall is back from the dead after submitting 17 PRs after 9 months of being silent! He passed 10 players! Hopefully Derek can keep this up and avoid hibernation again.

I think you I get the idea here, and feel free to play with it a bit. I just want the site to acknowledge all players even if they don't have DLC.
