WR sites are not the same at all as Players' Page sites though and have different policies.
WRs that couldn't be possibly cheated have to be acknowledged in the history, like the Walter ones you mentioned for MK7, but for obvious reasons Walter wasn't and still isn't allowed the MK7 site or any other Mario Kart site for all his past actions.
By your logic Mander or Jorge should be allowed on the site if Paco should be, but I don't think anyone here who want them to appear on this chart after what they have done to the various kart communities they have affected. After Fenner appeared on this chart (alledgely as a mistake from Alex as part of the testing of the site) he was promptly and rightfully removed from the site after some karters came complaining to me.
Basically, we do not allow on the MK8PP site proven cheaters from other Kart games as they broke their trust with the karting community. I'm sorry if I haven't made this policy clear in the past. If you have doubts about new members that could possibly be past cheaters, ask some other times updaters or long-time members of the community just in case.
