Like #4839 for example? And if so, can you choose everyone's ghosts? And does it have an overall ranking? Thanks!

I think there's no overall ranking (you mean adding all 32 times together?)
Only top 10s as well, so no overall rank. I think you can download your friends ghosts and the top 10 ghosts but no one elses
