I was going to say 1:39.666 but I see that that's Insanity's guess, so I'll say 1:39.639.

My reasoning: The best splits look like they have about .1-.2 of mistakes per lap. I also heard that it's possible to get 4 coins during the glide, so 1:39.3xx should be possible, but I doubt that anyone will get a near-perfect run by the end of the year, so 1:39.6xx seems likely if no new strategies are discovered.

It's easily possibly to grab 8 coins on lap one, possibly 9 (4 coins from glider, and it MIGHT be possible to grab all 5 with a diagonal dive.).
