Glad the Wiichuck mechanics are still here. We (USA) can test the drift+trick mechanics at the demos this weekend.

Quick question about the wiimote + nunchuck controller :
Is it possible to slow down by any means with this controller, just like the way you press B while still pressing A on the Gamepad controller?
Slowing down like this allows you to go tighter (such as in RR for example), therefore it's a very important strat to use.

I am using a Gamecube controller with the third-party adapter mindscarp mentioned. I do not recognize any input lags, but this may also be, because I use it from the very beginning and did non try any other controller yet.

Replacing/recharging the AA batteries of the wiimote is a pain, though, so I am definitely looking forward to that official GCN adapter.

I posted that on the Wii wheel advantage thread a couple days ago...
And yeah it is pretty dumb.

I also realized today that holding outside + up/down while drifting is the same as just outside. (GamePad) So softdrift is even easier.
