In this area, do you think being in the water or gliding is faster? I personally think it's going to be faster to do the glider and hit the boosts like the video shows (although he executed it badly.)

I doubt it will, but it could be possible to miniturbo off as soon as the water section starts so you can fully utilize the boost from the water. I think it's time for a Strats/Ideas discussion thread.
