No i dont remember. Yes with the regular island jump on WR route for your NTSC question. Me, Ha Nyan and a few others have 9"0x laps.

It was even before I drove a 9"29 opener and 8"99 middle lap, with the previous splits standars you could get this for example:

9"44
9"15
9"10
9"12
9"14

45"96

(I think these are possible time and splits but I don't care, it's just to post an example)
